Chris’ background includes eight years of experience as a foreign service officer for the U.S. Agency for International Development, where he was responsible for design, administration, planning, and evaluation of natural resource projects in West Africa. In addition, he has experience in ranching and environmental consulting. Since 1989 he has directed and administered MLR’s conservation easement monitoring program, coordinated and prepared resource documentation reports and stewardship projects, and worked as a team member in the development of MLR conservation easements.
