Freddy works as a film composer and music producer in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to going freelance, Freddy got his start by working under acclaimed composer James S. Levine (Glee, American Horror Story, Bloodline, Nip Tuck, The Last Ship) for two years at Hans Zimmer’s Remote Control Productions in Santa Monica, CA. Working across various genres, Freddy’s music credits include TV shows such as Major Crimes, Instinct, Dateline, Chambers, Temptation Island, and Star, as well as Extreme Music’s expansive music library.
Montana is central to Freddy’s upbringing; his first ski tracks were on the Bridger mountain range and his first casts were on Brackett Creek, fostering a profound connection to the land. Freddy tries to chase that same feeling in Los Angeles, where, when not writing music, Freddy can be found in the San Gabriels or Santa Monica mountains trail running or riding his bike.
Freddy holds a pair of Bachelor’s degrees in Music and Political Science from Stanford University. He also pitched for Stanford’s baseball team and was drafted by the Washington Nationals in the 25th round of the 2012 Major League Baseball Draft.
